I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.

I became a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner / Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and Certified as an Integrative Nutrition Heath Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

What makes a Health Coach unique is that many do not realize that it’s not just about the food you are putting into your body. Exercise, relationships, career and spirituality are just as important to your well-being as food and it all works together. Each one is an intricate part of being a healthy human being. Taking a holistic approach and putting good, organic and unprocessed food into your body will only give you optimal health benefits. What you feed yourself and put inside your body will take care of the outside of your body. Your skin will look better and you will have more energy. The same applies to mental health. If you are being “fed” a toxic and unhealthy relationship every day, or you have a highly stressful job, it will certainly take a toll on your health, the way you look and your immune system.
